Finding the information and resources you need at university can be difficult. ACU library’s live chat offers a 24hr channel that will guide you through our resources and search catalogue.
But that’s not all, you can ask us about intercampus and interlibrary loans, library guides, and student skills as well.
Spot the red 'Live chat' button in the bottom right of your screen, anywhere on the library website. Enter your question and bingo, you are instantly chatting with a real person.
By day: during Australian work hours, you are chatting with local librarian legends from across our national ACU campuses.
By night: global gurus take over as the international librarian services team jumps online. This way, we ensure the chat service is available to you 24/7, all semester long.
