Open Access Week 2026

19 to 26 October is Open Access Week. Come along to a library workshop, speak to us about how to recue your research from behind a paywall or just reach out for Open Knowledge support.

Research has the power to change lives, but only if people can find and access it.

That's the sentiment at the heart of Open Access Week, an annual international event that celebrates the benefits of making knowledge more openly available to researchers, practitioners and communities.

This year, Open Access Week runs from 19 to 25 October, and ACU Library is treating it as the perfect time to invite you to explore open knowledge at ACU.
