Our campus libraries offer quiet and collaborative spaces where you can study, research or book a room.
Study rooms are bookable by ACU students and staff and are available at every campus library. Study rooms have facilities including seating, power points and computers for collaborative work.
Book a study room online:
Room bookings default to 30 minute blocks. Pick a time then use the drop down menu to book a longer period.
Want to study early, late or on weekends? Swipe your ACU student or staff card to visit your Library outside of staffed opening hours.
Get after hours access to study areas with seating and computers, book a study room, connect to WiFi, use printers/copiers and access the Library collection.
If you need some peace and quiet while studying then our quiet areas are for you.
At every campus Library you will find dedicated spaces for quiet, individual study.
Be respectful of your fellow students when using these spaces. Please avoid loud conversations, music and talking on your phone.
Check our floor maps to find a quiet study area in your campus Library.
When you visit the Library, you’re welcome to bring cold food and covered hot or cold drinks like coffee and water.
Hot food isn’t permitted in any of our Library spaces.
Please think about other students when you bring food into the Library. Don’t bring any strong smelling food, and remember to put your rubbish in the bin.
We may ask you to enjoy your food outside if it makes a mess or could damage our facilities and equipment.
If you’re unsure if your food or drink is allowed in the Library, check at the information desk.
Your safety and security is important to us, especially when using our after hours spaces or working in the Library at night.
There is a security presence on every campus. You can contact them for any security and safety concerns.
Keep your belongings safe when visiting the Library. Never leave personal items unattended.
If you have lost something check at the information desk. We can check our lost property or direct you to security on campus for more information.
