The Library provides a special postal service for eligible student borrowers.

Eligible borrowers can request standard items from any ACU library to be posted to their home address (you are responsible for the return postage).

The Library postal service is available for the following students only:

  • Higher degree
  • Postgraduate
  • Off-campus
  • ACU Online

Request standard item (books and DVDs)

  • Sign in to My Library and search for the item.
  • Under Get It > Request Options click on Request.
  • Under Pickup location, choose Home address. (Or, if you want to collect the item yourself, choose the campus library closest to your home as the pick up location).
  • You are responsible for the return postage.

Request scanned copy (journal articles and book chapters)

  • Sign in to My Library and search for the item.
  • Under Get It > Request Options click on Scan Request.
  • The scan will be emailed to your ACU email address.
  • Copyright restrictions apply.
