Students and staff from other universities are eligible for reciprocal membership of ACU Library under the University Libraries of Australia and New Zealand (ULANZ) reciprocal borrowing program.
What you can access with a membership
- Borrow up to 15 items for 14 days with 3 automatic renewals (excluding restricted loan items). You may be asked to return an item earlier if another borrower places a request on an item.
What can I get without a membership?
What's not available
- Full access to online licensed resources (databases, journals and ebooks). These are restricted to current ACU students and staff.
- Access to library spaces outside of weekday business hours.
- Access to printing, copying, scanning or computer services.
- Borrowing items from our high demand, restricted loan and curated collections.
- Placing requests on items.
Membership details
- Registration is free and valid for 5 years.
- Photo ID and proof of address required to register.
- Sign into My Library with your ACU username and password to view your library record, renew your loans or check your due dates.
- Notify us of any changes to your contact information.
Borrower responsibilities
- Registration as a borrower constitutes acceptance of the terms outlined in our loans information.
- Return items in good condition and on time. Late returns may incur penalties including fines.
- No borrowing or renewals if account has overdue items or fines of $10.00 or more.
- Library notices are sent as a courtesy. Non-receipt does not exempt you from penalties.
