Our library spaces and services are available with a few reminders.

Swipe card access

Entry to our campus libraries is via your ACU ID card.

Not sure when your campus library is open? Check your campus library opening hours anytime.

Quarantining Books

Your safety is important to us, so items returned to the library will undergo a quarantine period of 24 hours before they are available to be borrowed again.

Automatic renewals

To make library loans easier for you and help lighten your load, we are automatically renewing standard loans and 3-day loans three times. The only exceptions to these automatic renewals are if you have overdue fines or someone else has requested the book. In most cases you don’t have to do anything!

Physical distancing

Continue to practice social distancing by staying at least 1.5 metres away from other people in the library and group study rooms.

Personal hygiene

Remember to frequently clean your hands thoroughly and even sing along to Happy Birthday to time it.  Hand sanitiser dispensers and wipes are provided in all our libraries. 

Online services and resources

Don’t forget, you don’t have to be in the library to use the library! 

Our electronic resources such as ebooks, ejournals, databases and library guides are available 24/7 as always, whether you are on or off campus.

Through kindness and some common etiquette we can all enjoy our campus libraries for a successful Semester 2.
