Act now - changes to My Library saved items and searches

During the break we are migrating to an updated Library platform. Here’s what you need to do.

Before Monday 28 June 2021 you need to:

• Export your Saved items from My Favourites. 
  These will disappear with the transition to the new platform. If you want to keep them, you will need to export them (details below) before Monday 28 June 2021 and reload them after Friday 5 July 2021.

• Record your Saved searches from My Favourites.
  Saved searches will also disappear. You will need to record them (details below) before Monday 28 June 2021 and reconfigure them after Friday 5 July 2021.

Export your Saved items

1. Go to the Library website and sign in to My Library.
2. Click on the My Favourites pin icon in the top right corner.
   
3. (a) Make sure you are viewing Saved records.
4. (b) Use the check boxes to select the records you want to export.
5. (c) Click on the ellipses icon to the far right of the My Favourites heading. (If you have multiple folders set up repeat this process for each folder.)
   
6. Choose from the options available to export, print or email your records.
   

Record your Saved searches

To keep a record of your searches, click on Saved searches, then take a screen shot of your searches.

After July 5 you can re-enter them into your new My Library account.
