Library stress busters

With exams just around the corner, your campus library is a great place to help you manage study stress.

Our spaces and services are set up with busy students in mind, so lean on your library this assessment and exam season. Here's how you can use the library to manage your stress levels:

Scheduling study time

Scheduling your study time can reduce stress and help you stay productive. Our bookable study rooms allow you to nab a space just for you or for a group of friends to ensure a seat and uninterrupted study time. You also have the flexibility to access library spaces after business hours with your student card, so you can study around your schedule.

Finding quiet spaces

Little interruptions can feel like big stressors when you're studying for exams. The library has dedicated quiet zones that help you focus.

Seeking support

Trouble finding a resource? Struggling to put together your reference list? Don't panic, library staff are on hand to help you out on campus and through our chat, email and book a librarian services.

Using resources

Printers, computers, and bookable laptops are all available in the library, so we've got you covered when technology lets you down!

Resting

Need a brain break? It's so important to take time to reset, so we have study snacks on offer from 3 - 21 November to help you keep your energy up.

We wish you all the best for the next few weeks!
