News 6 NovemberBlacktown Campus Library has a shiny new quiet study area, just in time for exam season!
Wednesday 13 August is a public holiday in Brisbane. The library will be open but a planned network outage will take place from 12 noon - 4 pm. Read on for more details.
There will be a scheduled electrical power upgrade at the Brisbane Campus on Wednesday 13 August. This coincides with the public holiday in Brisbane. As a result, there will be no on-campus wi-fi and wired network IT connectivity services on the Brisbane campus between 12 noon and 4 pm Wednesday 13 August.
What does this mean for me?
There will be no on-campus network and internet connectivity on the Brisbane campus between 12pm to 4pm.
What do I need to do?
Students on campus do not need to do anything. Internet access will be restored automatically after the upgrade is complete.
Can I still study in the library during the public holiday?
Yes, the library will be open from 9 am to 5 pm, but you'll need your student card to access the building.
