The library is more than just a place to study. Dedicated and experienced staff are on hand to help you in your academic journey.

You can reach out to ACU Library about all sorts of things:

• Finding articles, ebooks and other information.
• Using AI at university.
• Developing a research strategy.
• Solving problems with accessing our resources.
• Checking if information is peer reviewed or scholarly literature.
• Anything else that helps you make the most of what the library offers.

We know that chatting in person isn't always possible, so we've made sure there are many ways to reach us:

• Library chat: for those burning questions that need answering after hours or in a hurry.
• Email: whenever chat is offline, you can reach out in an email and we'll get back to you.
• Book a librarian: have a lot of questions or need support with an assessment? Book a librarian who'll dedicate a whole Zoom session to helping you out.

If you're on campus, we're always happy to see students in person and provide help on the spot, so don't hesitate to approach a friendly staff member.
