Need a second screen?

Need another screen for your laptop while studying in the library? Come and check out the docking monitors available in our library spaces.

Docking monitors are available on a first-come, first-served basis in our Ballarat, Blacktown, Brisbane, Melbourne, North Sydney, and Strathfield campus libraries.

To connect, plug the USB-C cable from the monitor into your device.

If you need help configuring multiple displays, use the link for your operating system below:

  • Mac – Apple menu > System Preferences > Displays > Arrangement.
  • Windows 10 & 11 – press the Windows logo key + P > and select a display option, such as duplicate or extend.

With the docking monitor, you can:

  • work on a larger screen, while being connected to your laptop
  • power your laptop
  • extend your desktop across two screens, enhancing productivity and providing more screen real estate for multitasking.

Print from your device using the wireless printing service.
