ScienceDirect access issues

Some students are reporting problems accessing articles in ScienceDirect.

If you see the message "Sorry, we seem to have hit a problem processing your request" when accessing articles from ScienceDirect try clearing your browsing history/cache. You will find instructions on the Troubleshooting page of the library website.

Clearing your history/cache is a helpful first-step whenever you have problems accessing library resources.
