Leganto provides students with access to their unit readings in the one place. Your list can include:
scanned book chapters (see how to request a scan in Leganto FAQs)
websites and online videos (see instructions on using 'Cite it!')
print items held by the Library
Readings that require scanning or digitising, such as chapters from print books, must be made accessible via Leganto. This is to comply with copyright.
Reading lists created in Leganto can be rolled over to other units or for subsequent years.
If you are linking to Library electronic resources (such as ebooks and electronic journal articles) you can add these directly into your LEO unit. Use our linking instructions and EZproxy link generator for details on how to do this.
ACU is required to adhere to our copyright licence obligations, and Leganto is the tool used to manage ACU’s copyright compliance.
Note: under ACU’s Copyright 113P license, you can provide access to digitised copies of third party copyright resources in your LEO unit. This usage must be managed by Leganto (which has replaced Equella-CAL).
